Aroma Reiki
Reiki healing energy is both subtle and powerful to relieve stress and anxiety while promoting healing on all levels of our being including mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki is deeply relaxing which helps to stimulate your body's innate healing resources, helping to reduce physical pain, create a sense of well-being and promote your body's overall healing process. Reiki is safe and will not interfere with conventional medicine. Reiki is frequently used in conjunction with other therapies, in hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice/end-of-life care, as well as for everyday self care and deep relaxation. The addition of therapeutic grade essential oils helps to deepen the relaxation response and promote a sense of peacefulness and well-being for the client. Essential Oils are optional, as Reiki is an amazing modality on it's own. It is during this deeply relaxed state that "the bodies own healing wisdom" is stimulated and the conditions are right for true spiritual healing to take place. Anne is a highly skilled Reiki Master Practitioner who is able to hold a safe space for clients who may be processing deep saddness (grief/loss) and is able to support/guide their connection with higher awareness to assist in the release of stuck energy and/or trauma from the body. Reiki energy gently encourages a return to peacefulness, inner harmony & emotional balance, all of which promote personal growth, heightened awareness and a deep sense of relaxation. (60 minutes) 
Sound Healing with Tibetan
Singing Bowls & Reiki This Sound Healing session begins with Reiki healing energy to help you relax and then a combination of 7 beautiful Tibetan Singing Bowls are used above and on the body, over each of the Chakras, to help you to drop into a deeply meditative state (this is called the alpha-theta stage of the brain waves) and thus promotes access to the subconscious level of mind. Once here, one can work with experiences & neutralize the toxicity of experiences that do not serve us and plant new positive intentions/affirmations as we tap into the unlimited power of the subconscious mind to create positive changes in our lives. Sound Healing also helps to reduce physical pain and tension in the body, helps to cleanse cellular toxins and the digestive system, and liberates the heart. Come drift away in this deeply restorative healing session & reclaim your wholeness thru healing vibrations that are aligned with your spiritual consciousness. (60 minutes) 
Marma Therapy with Tuning Forks & Essential Oils
Ayurveda highlights 108 "Marma points" which are vital energy points which are infused with prana, the life force and imbued with consciousness. These marma points are located on the surface of the body and a trained Ayurvedic practitioner can access these points to assist the client into deeper states of consciousness. The Marmani serve as a bridge or doorway between the body, mind & spirit. Each individual Marma session can target specific areas to have unlimited therapeutic applications such as support cellular communication, relief of pain, detoxifying, cleansing, pacifying, rejuvenating, calming of the mind & emotions, enhancing awareness, and serve as a vehicle of preventative care. (75 minutes total-includes 15 minute intake & 60 minute Marma Therapy session)

Energy Healing is both subtle and powerful as it promotes deep relaxation of your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to stimulate your body's innate healing wisdom, helping to reduce physical pain, relieve feelings of anxiety & depression, improve quality of sleep, create a sense of well-being and align with your true nature. Reiki, Marma Therapy, Tuning Forks, Tibetan Singing Bowls & Aromatherapy help you to tap into your subtle energy and naturally activates your body's innate healing wisdom & gently access peacefulness, inner harmony, emotional balance, deep relaxation and heightened awareness & intuition. A brief consultation will help determine the "specific issue" that the client wishes to address and then specific Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils will be chosen to help to deepen the relaxation response as well as go directly to the Limbic system where memory & emotion is stored, to support this particular Chakra Energy Block and/or Life Challenge. I work with Intention and Intuitively Guided, Somatic Body-Centered Energywork & Breathwork coaching, as well as Essential Oils & Marma Therapy & Sound Healing. This powerful combination of vibrational energy medicine tools will help you to identify where these old beliefs are energetically stored in your body and I will support you like a midwife, to energetically release what is "no longer serving you", so that you can strengthen the neuro-pathways of conscious "choice" and feel empowered to move forward with this new clarity, vitality and harmony in your entire being. Raindrop Technique & VitaFlex session
Raindrop Technique is a blissfully relaxing 90 minute healing session that helps to relieve pain in the physical and emotional body, as well as helps you to reconnect spiritually with a sense of overall balance and well-being. Raindrop utilizes a sequence of organic, therapeutic grade essential oils derived from plants, which are applied to the feet during the VitaFlex part of your session. Next, these healing essential oils are dropped about 6 inches above the body, thru the auric field and onto the spine itself. The essential oils are then gently feathered in, using light strokes with the fingers, which disperses the oils along the nervous system and stimulates energy impulses. This allows your nervous system to deeply relax and supports the body to release tension as the oils are gently feather-stroked along the spine and absorbed into your entire body. This powerful, non-invasive, non-manipulative feathering process can help to restore your mobility, your health and vitality while helping to bring your body into structural and electrical alignment. Along with this feathering process, you receive acupressure, gentle massage and hot towels in this session, however this is more than a massage, as it is primarily a spiritual energy session with profound results as it sets in motion healing processes for body, mind, emotion & spirit that will last for weeks to come. Raindrop Technique generally uses a series of 9 Essential Oils (including 2 proprietary Young Living Essential Oil blends and 7 single essential oils). The Essential Oils are immune enhancing and support the body's natural defenses as they high in antioxidants and are antiseptic, creating an unfavorable environment for harmful viruses and bacteria that can hibernate in the body. The essential oils chosen support the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, and nervous system, as well as help reduce inflammation and pain in the body. The essential oils are very emotionally balancing and will lift your spirits. Individual essential oils may also be customized to assist in nourishing you emotionally or to bring further relief to specific body systems.
