Master's Degree in Education~ (M.Ed) from Trinity College. Graduated Summa Cum Laude with Highest Honors 4.0 GPA.

Major: Elementary Education / Minor: Psychology

My Master's Degree Thesis was based on Howard Gardner's groundbreaking work on the "Multiple Intelligences" and it's application to all types of learning styles.
30 years experience as a Master Educator in Elementary Public School.
Lifelong Learner who has continued to immerse in my Healing Arts education for the last 35 years and is committed to my own daily practices and overall well-being.

Certified Clinical Aromatherapist~Anne completed her 300 hour studies at ISHA~
"Institute for Spiritual Healing & Aromatherapy" in New York.

The ISHA program is approved as a provider of certification in aromatherapy by (NAHA) ~ National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and is approved by (AIA)~Alliance of InternationalAromatherapists.

Anne has 24 years experience studying about Essential Oils for Wellness with over 1,000 hours of professional trainings in Vermont, New York and Utah.

Essential Oils work on the cellular level to reduce the damaging effects of stress. Anne was also honored to be chosen as a speaker at the widely attended "Whole Health Expo" in Northampton, MA along with sought after Keynote Speaker & Holistic Pioneer Dr. Bernie Siegel, author of over 12 best-selling books such as "Love, Medicine & Miracles", "Peace, Love, and Healing", & "365 Prescriptions for the Soul".

Anne has taught Essential Oils classes all over the USA (Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania & California, as well as in several parts of Montreal, Canada! Anne is a regular presenter at many local Holistic Expos and she taught very popular Essential Oils classes 2-4 times per month at the Healer Within You in Williston, VT from August 2010-January 2013.

Anne has continued teaching her popular and inspiring Essential Oils classes since January 2012 in her sacred healing space of the beautiful Ayurvedic Center of Vermont. The center is housed in a lovely historic building located at 34 Oak Hill Road, Williston, VT. This beautiful space feels perfectly aligned with Anne's current Aromatherapy work, as well as seeing her Ayurvedic clients since she completed her Ayurvedic Health Counselor program at Kripalu, June 2014.

Anne continues to teach the foundational "Daily Practices Using Essential Oils" class, along with many Advanced workshops including: Balancing the Chakras, Using Essential Oils to Release & Clear Emotional Patterns, Raindrop & Vita Flex Technique, as well as co-teaching Aroma Reiki Restorative Yoga Retreats, and the popular Chakra Yoga monthly mini-Retreat series where we work with Intention, Essential Oils, Reiki, Music, Reflective Journaling, Poetry, fun partnering Bio-Energetic exercises, Gentle Yoga, Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls and lots of reflective, inner work to bring heightened awareness to the blocks that appear to be in our way, so that we can consciously set our Highest Intentions & begin to move thru these blocks with empowering Yoga asana postures, Pranayama, Mudras, Mantras and Positive Affirmations to align with what we truly wish to bring into our lives.

Private Healing Sessions~Aroma Reiki or Raindrop Technique sessions both incorporate Essential Oils and these will be determined based on my Clinical Aromatherapy training, as well as deeply listening to my intuition & offering gentle guidance during your session to address body, mind, soul issues that arise during your individual healing session.

I have a very flexible schedule to meet your needs....
Tuesday thru Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday afternoons are mainly reserved for my Reiki trainings, however, occasionally I have spaces available from 1:00-5:30pm on Saturday afternoons.

Anne is grateful for having had the opportunity to study for 5 days at the beautiful Kripalu Center to receive her Reiki Master training with Libby Barnett, M.S.W.

Libby is the Co-Author of the book: Reiki Energy Medicine: Bringing Healing touch into Home, Hospital and Hospice by Libby Barnett, Maggie Chambers and Susan Davidson.

Libby has taught over 7,000 people nationwide, including medical and nursing students at Tufts, Harvard, and Yale, as well as staff at Massachusetts General. Libby Barnett's book, Reiki Energy Medicine has been translated into 7 languages and is highly acclaimed as the "gold standard for integrating Reiki with conventional healthcare."

Anne feels blessed to have spent 5 days at Kripalu for Libby's initial Reiki Master training and then an additional weekend in Libby's Wilton, N.H. home to earn her Reiki Master Teacher credentials. Reiki has changed my life in so many wordless, miraculously beautiful ways!

Anne has a thriving private Reiki practice with many local clients who come monthly & she has teaches the Usui Reiki system at the Ayurvedic Center in Williston, VT.
To date, Anne has taught the Usui Reiki system to hundreds of students all over New England and she has had a thriving Reiki practice since 2011.

AYURVEDA

Foundations of Ayurveda~Kripalu School of Ayurveda~ October 2013~December 2013. Anne completed her 200 Hour Foundations Training.

Ayurvedic Health Counselor-Anne Graduated from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and completed her 650 Hour program and graduated in June 2014. Anne also completed her pre-med studies of Anatomy & Physiology I & II as a requirement of this program's completion.
Anne partners with her clients to offer private Ayurvedic Consultations to help you identify & understand your individual Constitution (Vata-Pitta-Kapha), your Prakriti and Vikriti (what is out of balance) and offer seasonal Diet/Lifestyle recommendations to address the root cause of your current specific needs, to support your own bodies innate healing and return you to balance.

Ayurvedic Body Treatments-studied with Dr. Allison Morse to learn Shirodhara (oil pour to the 3rd eye), Swedhana (steam), and Abhyanga massage in Fall 2013 & Spring 2015.

Studied "Gem Therapy & Essential Oils" with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ananda Ashram in Monroe, N.Y. -July 2016.

Ayurvedic Center of Vermont- "Faculty Member"-Anne helped to write the curriculum and is one of the teachers/faculty for the 200 Hour- Ayurveda Foundations program that began in February thru December 2018…on-going. Our annual program is approved by NAMA.

Studied "Sacred Mudra & Yoga Nidra"- with Indu Arora in Cottonwood, AZ at the Divine Grace Yoga Ashram in April 2019.

Studied "Marma Therapy" with Tuning Forks & Essential Oils-Weeklong Marma Intensive with Dr. Vasant Lad- Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico -July 5th-12th, 2019.

Studied Marma Therapy with Anisha Durve, yearlong training 2020-2021-Anisha is the founder of the Marma Institute of Ayurvedic Acupressure and co-Author of the book "Marma Points of Ayurveda" with Dr. Vasant Lad.
