I have spent my entire adult life involved in personal healing & spiritual growth work. My deepest desire is to share educational, experiential & inspirational workshops, retreats, and healing services with each of you, in hopes that something will be a "catalyst" for new awakenings in your spirit and new possibilities in your life for greater wholeness & joy. I offer you many specific tools & healing services to assist in your own personal healing journey. I look forward to collaborating with you as we explore together ways that you can bring further healing into your own life thru Intention, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Pranayama ( the Sanskrit word "pran"- meaning life force, vital energy or breath & the Sanskrit word "ayam"-meaning expansion), Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation, Emotional Release work, Chakra Energy Balancing, Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Higher Awareness & Consciousness work.
